How your donation restores forests
Seven steps: From degradation to biodiversity
1
Analyse restoration sites
Our botanical team studies soil conditions, rainfall, and native species in degraded and nearby areas to determine what’s needed to restore healthy and biodiverse forests.
2
Collect native seeds
Local collectors gather seeds from nearby ecosystems, including rare species, helping us restore forests that truly belong to the landscape.
3
Grow resilient seedlings
Restoring forests starts in the tree nursery. By growing strong, native seedlings, we give every tree the best chance to survive and thrive.50 Tree Species

We restore forests to capture carbon and protect biodiversity, from plants and animals to fungi and beyond. By planting a growing diversity of native species, we rebuild resilient ecosystems, as shown in our Yucatán Restoration Project.
